Somerset Health Data survey – Quantock Medical Centre

As part of NHS Somerset’s work to improve health and care services across Somerset, they have teamed up with Healthwatch Somerset to launch a Somerset Health Data survey.
The Somerset Linked Data Platform is a secure system that will anonymously link health and social care data to support population health management. It will build a complete view of our communities’ health and wellbeing needs, and these insights will help prevent illness, tailor care, and predict health needs.
If you are a Somerset resident, they would love to hear your thoughts. Your feedback will help make sure this is done responsibly, securely, and in a way that works for everyone.
